1 bag of peppermint tea
1 bag of chamomile tea
1 ½ cups boiling water
1 tablespoon coconut cream (or coconut milk)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon of raw honey (optional)
1 tablespoon Misspep Collagen Peptide


  1. Combine the peppermint and chamomile teas and water in a large mug and let steep for 3 minutes.
